Pengaruh work engagement, affective commitment, job satisfaction dan supervisor support terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan PT. Bank Mandiri Jakarta
P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Work Engagement, Affective Commitment, Job Satisfaction dan Supervisor Support terhadap Turnover Intention. Penelitian ini menyebar kuesioner kepada karyawan yang sudah bekerja minimal 1 tahun. Dan mengambil 180 sampel dari karyawan Bank Mandiri Jakarta sebagai responden. Metode yang di gunakan adalah non-probability sampling dengan tekhnik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling dan menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan Terdapat pengaruh negatif Work Engagement terhadap Turnover Intention. Terdapat pengaruh negatif Affective Commitmen terhadap Turnover Intention. Terdapat pengaruh negatif Job Satisfaction terhadap Turnover Intention. Terdapat pengaruh negatif
T his study aims to analyze the effect of Work Engagement, Affective Commitment, Job Satisfaction and Supervisor Support on Turnover Intention. This study distributes questionnaires to employees who have worked for at least 1 year. And took 180 samples from Bank Mandiri Jakarta employees as respondents. The method used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique and using multiple regression. The results of the study show that there is a negative effect of Work Engagement on Turnover Intention. There is a negative effect of Affective Commitment on Turnover Intention. There is a negative effect of Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention. There is a negative influence
