Pengaruh transformational leadership, trust in supervisor, dan work engagement terhadap job performance pada perusahaan distribusi dan perdagangan di jakarta
P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari transformationalleadership, trust in supervisor, dan work engagement terhadap job performance padaperusahaan distribusi dan perdagangan di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakanpendekatan kuantitatif dan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner secara online melaluigoogle form yang disebar kepada karyawan di berbagai tingkatan dalam perusahaan.Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 280 responden, yaitu karyawan yang bekerja padakantor pusat dan kantor cabang perusahaan distribusi dan perdagangan di Jakarta.Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode statistik analisis regresi berganda danuji hipotesis penelitian ini menggunakan software SPSS Versi 23. Hasil dari pengujianhipotesis dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa transformational leadershipberpengaruh positif terhadap job performance, trust in supervisor berpengaruh positifterhadap job performance, dan work engagement berpengaruh positif terhadap jobperformance. Selain itu, implikasi manajerial pada penelitian ini ialah perusahaandistribusi dan perdagangan di Jakarta terus mempertahankan job performance denganmengimplementasikan transformational leadership melalui menjalin hubungan yangbaik antara karyawan dengan atasan, menumbuhkan kepercayaan pada karyawansehingga tercipta trust in supervisor, dan menciptakan lingukungan kerja yang positifagar karyawan dapat memiliki work engagement yang baik. Temuan dari penelitiandiharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang pentingnyaimplementasi transformational leadership, trust in supervisor, dan work engagementyang berpengaruh terhadap job performance pada karyawan perusahaan distribusi danperdagangan di Jakarta.
T he study aims to analyze the impact of transformational leadership, trust insupervisor, and work engagement on job performance on distribution and tradingcompanies in Jakarta. The research uses a quantitative approach and data is collectedthrough online questionnaires through google forms that are distributed to employeesat various levels within the company. The sample consisted of 280 respondents,employed at the headquarters and branch offices of distribution and trade companiesin Jakarta. The data analysis was carried out using the statistical method of doubleregression analysis and the hypothesis test of the study using the software SPSSVersion 23. The results of the hypothesis testing in this study showed thattransformational leadership has a positive impact on job performance, trust insupervisor has a negative impact on work performance, and work engagement is apositive influence on jobs performance. In addition, the managerial implications onthis study are that the distribution and trade companies in Jakarta continue tomaintain job performance by implementing transformational leadership throughbuilding good relationships between employees and supervisors, growing confidencein employees so that trust in overseers is created, and creating a positive workingenvironment so that employees can have good work engagement. The findings of thestudy are expected to provide a better understanding of the importance ofimplementing transformational leadership, trust in supervisor, and work engagementthat influences job performance in employees of distribution and trading companiesin Jakarta.
