Pengaruh ethical leadership dan workplace incivility terhadap job satisfaction dan turnover intention di PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero)
P enelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Ethical Leadership dan Workplace Incivility terhadap Job Satisfaction dan Turnover Intention di PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero). Penelitian ini menggunakan Ethical Leadership dan Workplace Incivility sebagai variabel bebas serta Job Satisfaction dan Turnover Intention sebagai variabel terikat. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode pengujian hipotesis dengan structural equation modeling (SEM). Data pada penelitian dikumpulkan dari 130 karyawan yang bekerja di PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) melalui pengisian kuisioner berupa google form dengan menggunakan non-probability sampling serta metode purposive sampling.Hasil pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif Ethical Leadership terhadap Job Satisfaction dan terdapat pengaruh positif Workplace Incivility terhadap Turnover Intention, serta terdapat pengaruh negatif Ethical Leadership terhadap Turnover Intention dan terdapat pengaruh negatif Workplace Incivility terhadap Job Satisfaction. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk dapat mempertahankan Ethical Leadership sehingga dapat mempertahankan Job Satisfaction serta dapat menekan Workplace Incivility dan Turnover Intention pada karyawan di PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero).
T he purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Ethical Leadership and Workplace Incivility on Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention in PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero). This study uses Ethical Leadership and Workplace Incivility as independent variable and Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention as dependent variable. The research design used in this study is a hypothesis testing method with structural equation modeling (SEM). The data in this study were collected from 130 employees through filling out a questionnaire in a google form using non-probability sampling and purposive sampling method.The results of hypothesis testing in this study indicate: Ethical Leadership has positive effect on Job Satisfaction and Workplace Incivility has positive effect on on Turnover Intention, and also Ethical Leaders hip has negative effect on Turnover Intention and Workplace Incivility has negative effect on Job Satisfaction. The results of this study are to be able to maintain Ethical Leadership so that they can maintain Job Satisfaction and decreas Workplace Incivility and Turnover Intention on employees in PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero).
