P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Transformational Leadership terhadap Turnover Intention yang dimediasi oleh Affective Commitment dari karyawan PT Mariza Food. Penelitian ini Penelitian ini bersifat uji hipotesis (hypothesis testing). Unit analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah individu, yaitu para karyawan yang bekerja di kantor pusat PT. Mariza Food yang diminta memberikan penilaian dengan cara mengisi kuesioner. Ttekhnik sampling yang digunakan adalah random sampling. Sampel dari penelitian terdiri dari 171 responden. Tekhnik analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa transformational leadership dan affective commitment memiliki pengaruh negative tetrhadap turnover intention, sementara itu transformational lederaship memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap affective commitment. Hasil pengujian juga menunjukan bahwa affective commitment dapat memediasi pengaruh transformational leadership terhadap turnover intention.

T his study aims to analyze the effect of Transformational Leadership on Turnover Intention which is mediated by Affective Commitment from employees of PT Mariza Food. This research is a hypothesis testing. The unit of analysis used in this study is individuals, namely employees who work at the head office of PT. Mariza Food was asked to give an assessment by filling out the questionnaire. The sampling technique used is random sampling. The sample from the study consisted of 171 respondents. The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the analysis show that transformational leadership and affective commitment have a negative influence on turnover intention, while transformational dating has a positive influence on affective commitment. The test results also show that affective commitment can mediate the effect of transformational leadership on turnover intention.
