Pengaruh mindfullness practice terhadap job performance yang dimediasi oleh work engagement pada karyawan perbankan di Jawa Tengah
P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Mindfullness Practice terhadap Job Performance yang dimediasi oleh Work Engagement pada karyawan Perbankan di Jawa Tengah. Data dikumpulkan dari 251 responden Perbankan di Jawa Tengah dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan mencari rata-rata dan untuk pengujian hipotesis menggunakan SEM AMOS versi 23. Sebelumnya instrument telah diuji dengan menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas dimana seluruh item pernyataan valid dan reliabel, serta dilakukan pengujian model dengan Goodness of Fit (GOF). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, Minfulness Practice berpengaruh positif terhadap Work Engagement, Mindfulness Practice berpengaruh positif terhadap Job Performance, Work Engagement berpengaruh positif terhadap Job Performance. Sedangkan untuk pengaruh tidak langsung Mindfulness Practice dapat memediasi pengaruh Work Engagement terhadap Job Performance. Implikasi manajerial dalam penelitian, pemimpin perusahaan harus lebih mempertahankan Mindfulness Practice terhadap karyawan seperti disarankan untuk pemimpin perusahaan memberikan tambahan reward baik insentif maupun non financial berupa bonus ataupun apresiasi terhadap para karyawannya. Serta pemimpin perusahaan harus lebih meningkatkan Work Engagement dalam bekerja perusahaan seperti disarankan untuk mengadakan program gathering agar meningkatkan semangat kerja para karyawannya.
T his research aims to analyze the influence of Mindfulness Practice on Job Performance mediated by Work Engagement in Banking employees in Central Java. Data was collected from 251 banking respondents in Central Java using purposive sampling as a data collection technique. Data analysis used descriptive statistics by finding the average and to test the hypothesis using SEM AMOS version 23. The previous instrument had been tested using validity and reliability tests where all statement items were valid and reliable, and the model was tested with Goodness of Fit (GOF). The research results show that, Mindfulness Practice has a positive effect on Work Engagement, Mindfulness Practice has a positive effect on Work Performance, Work Engagement has a positive effect on Work Performance. Meanwhile, the indirect influence of Mindfulness Practice can mediate the influence of Work Engagement on Job Performance. The managerial implication in the research is that company leaders must maintain more Mindfulness Practice towards employees, as it is recommended that company leaders provide additional rewards, both incentives and non-financial, in the form of bonuses or awards to their employees. And company leaders must further increase Work Engagement in the company's work, as it is recommended to hold a Gathering program to increase employee morale.
