P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Pengaruh Organizational Learning Culture, Psychological Contract Breach, Work Engagement,dan Training Simulation terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour yang dimediasi oleh Transfer of Training para karyawan pada PT. Bina Usaha Bersama Sehati.Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan sensus dengan penyebaran kuesioner. Pengujian dilakukan dengan Metode SEM. Jumlah populasi dari karyawan PT. Bina Usaha Bersama Sehati sebanyak 201 karyawan.Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa ada pengaruh Pengaruh Organizational Learning Culture, Psychological Contract Breach, Work Engagement,dan Training Simulation terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour yang dimediasi oleh Transfer of Training. Yang artinya, apabila karyawan mempunyai Organizational Learning Culture, Psychological Contract Breach, Work Engagement,dan Training Simulation melalui mediasi Transfer of Training maka dapat menghasilkan Organizational Citizenship Behaviour yang baik pada karyawan.Penelitian ini memberikan saran agar penelitian selanjutnya dapat meneiliti variabel lain yang belum diteliti dalam penelitian ini, maka dapat bermanfaat lain bagi perusahaan baik dilakukan pada sektor ataupun industri lainnya sehingga penelitian menjadi lebih beragam.

T he aim of this study is to test and to analyze the effect of Organizational Learning Culture, Psychological Contract Breach, Work Engagement, and Training Simulation on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour mediated by Transfer of Training at Employee PT. Bina Usaha Bersama Sehati, Aceh.of the employees at PT. Bina Usaha Bersama Sehati. The method used to collect the data is by using census with questionnaire distribution. The test is done by SEM method. Total population of employees of PT. Bina Usaha Bersama Sehati is 201 employees.The result of this research is that there is effect of Organizational Learning Culture, Psychological Contract Breach, Work Engagement, and Training Simulation on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour mediated by Transfer of Training. It means that if employees have Organizational Learning Culture, Psychological Contract Breach, Work Engagement, and Training Simulation that mediated by Transfer of Training then can produce Organizational Citizenship Behavior good at employees.This research provides a suggestions for further research to examine other variables that have not been studied in this research, it can be useful for other company in other sectors or industries and to give more variety to this research.
