P enelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana PengaruhAltruism dan Dynamic Integration Capability Terhadap Work Engagementyang Dimediasi Oleh Organizational Resilience di PT. Krama Yudha TigaBerlian Motors. Metode pengambilan sampel yaitu dengan penyebarankuesioner yang menghasilkan sebanyak 120 responden. Penelitian inimenggunakan metode Structural Equation Model dengan softwareSmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Altruism berpengaruhpositif, Dynamic Integration Capability berpengaruh positif,Organizational Resilience berpengaruh positif, dan Altruism serta DynamicIntegration Capability berpengaruh positif terhadap Work Engagement.Dengan begitu, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu perusahaanuntuk meningkatkan Work Engagement karyawannya.

T his study aims to analyze how the influence of Altruism and DynamicIntegration Capability on Work Engagement is mediated by OrganizationalResilience in PT. Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors. The sampling methodis by distributing questionnaires that produce as many as 120 respondents.This research uses the Structural Equation Model method with SmartPLSsoftware. The results showed that Altruism has a positive effect, DynamicIntegration Capability has a positive effect, Organizational Resilience has apositive effect, and Altruism and Dynamic Integration Capability has apositive effect on Work Engagement. That way, this research is expected tohelp companies to increase employee Work Engagement.
