P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari Work Engagement, Cooperation Perception, Social Media Usage In The Workplace, Dan Organization Based Self Esteem Terhadap Employee Creativity karyawan PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Regional III JakartaPenelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan membagikan kuesioner secara online. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengujian hypothesis testing. Data dalam penelitian dikumpulkan dari 150 karyawan PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Regional III Jakarta 1 dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Variabel dependent penelitian ini adalah Work Engagement, Cooperation Perception, Social Media Usage In The Workplace, Dan Organization Based Self Esteem sedangkan variabel independent yaitu Employee Creativity. Metode yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda menggunakan SPSS versi 25 dalam Analisa data. Hasil menunjukan bahwa Work Engagement, Media Usage In The Workplace, Dan Organization Based Self Esteem. Sedangkan Cooperation Perception berpengaruh negative. Implikasi manajerial Disarankan agar perusahaan untuk peningkatan kerjasama antar karyawan dengan mengadakan aktivitas seperti employee gathering, outbond, dll di luar kantor agar karyawan saling mengenal lebih dekat satu sama lain.
T his study aims to analyze the effect of Work Engagement, Cooperation Perception,Social Media Usage In The Workplace, and Organization Based Self Esteem on Employee Creativity of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Regional III JakartaThe research conducted is quantitative research by distributing online questionnaires. This study uses the hypothesis testing method. The data in this study were collected from 150 employees of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Regional III Jakarta 1 using purposive sampling method. The dependent variable of this research is Work Engagement, Cooperation Perception, Social Media Usage In The Workplace, and Organization Based Self Esteem, while the independent variable is Employee Creativity. The method used in this research is multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 25 in data analysis. The results show that Work Engagement, Media Usage In The Workplace, and Organization Based Self Esteem. While Cooperation Perception has a negative effect. Managerial Implications It is recommended that companies increase cooperation between employees by holding activities such as employee gatherings, outbound, etc. outside the office so that employees get to know each other more closely.
