P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh compassion at workterhadap job performance yang dimediasi oleh service employee creativity. Datadiperoleh langsung melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden Karyawan Divisi Operasional PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (persero) Tbk Kantor Pusat, Jakarta.Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan survei.Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis SEM (Sturctural Equation Model).Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan: (1) Compassion at Work tidakberpengaruh positif terhadap Job Performance, (2) Compassion at Work berpengaruh positif terhadap Service Employee Creativity, (3) Service Employee Creativity berpengaruh positif terhadap Job Performance, (4) Compassion at Work tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Job Performance yang dimediasi oleh Service Employee Creativity.

P urpose of this study was to analyze the influence of compassion at work on jobperformance mediated by service employee creativity. Data obtained directly bydistributing questionnaires to 100 respondents Operational Division PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (persero) Tbk. Kantor Pusat, Jakarta. The sampling technique in this research is survey. This research using SEM analysis tool (Structural Equation Model).Hypothesis testing results indicate: (1) Compassion at work has not positiveeffect to Job Performance, (2) Compassion at Work has positive effect to ServiceEmployee Creativity, (3) Service Employee Creativity has positive effect to JobPerformance, (4) Compassion at Work has not positive effect to Job Performancemediated by Service Employee Creativity.
