Pengaruh positive knowledge-sharing propensity terhadap job performance yang dimediasi oleh knowledge sharing behavior pada karyawan PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Witel Jakarta Timur
P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh positive knowledge-sharing propensity terhadap job performance yang dimediasi knowledge-sharing behavior pada karyawan PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk (Telkom) Witel Jakarta Timur. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 150 responden yang merupakan karyawan pada kantor PT. Telkom Witel Jakarta Timur. Metode penarikan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode judgemental sampling dengan kriteria responden bekerja minimal satu tahun. Pengujian penelitian ini menggunakan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil dari pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) positive knowledge-sharing propensity memiliki pengaruh terhadap knowledge-sharing behavior, (2) knowledge-sharing behavior memiliki pengaruh terhadap job performance, (3) positive knowledge-sharing propensity memiliki pengaruh terhadap job performance dan (4) knowledge-sharing behavior tidak memediasi antara positive knowledge-sharing propensity dengan job peformance.Saran yang dapat diberikan pada penelitian ini yaitu penambahan variabel di mana hubungan individual propensity–behaviour–performance akan digabungkan dalam kerangka kinerja organisasi yang lebih besar dan penelitian ini dapat dilakukan pada kantor cabang telkom yang lain atau perusahaan lain.
T his study aims to determine the effect of positive knowledge sharing propensity on job performance mediated by knowledge sharing behavior of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, TBK the office area of east Jakarta employees. The data used primary data. The sample used was 150 respondent who working on PT. Telkom branch office witel East Jakarta . The method of data withdrawal is done by using judgmental sampling method with criteria of respondents working at least one year. The testing is conducted by Structural Equation Model (SEM) method. The result of hypothesis testing in this study shows that (1) positive knowledge-sharing propensity has influence on knowledge-sharing behavior, (2) knowledge-sharing behavior has influence on job performance, (3) positive knowledge-sharing propensity has influence on job performance and (4) knowledge-sharing behavior does not mediate between positive knowledge-sharing propensity and job performance.The suggestion that can be given in this research is the addition of variables in which individual relationship propensity-behavior-performance will be combined in a larger organizational performance framework and this research can be done at other telkom branch offices or other companies.
