Pengaruh organizational justice terhadap organizational citizenship behavior yang dimediasi oleh faculty trust dosen program studi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Trisakti Jakarta
P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh organizational justice terhadap organizational citizenship behavior yang dimediasi oleh faculty trust dosen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Program Studi ManajemenUniversitas Trisakti. Data diperoleh dari hasil kuisoner yang disebarkan kepada 40dosen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Program Studi Manajemen Universitas Trisakti.Metode yang digunakan adalah random sampling dengan 40 dosen dan alat analisisregresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa : 1. Terdapat pengaruhorganizational justice terhadap faculty trust. 2. Terdapat pengaruh faculty trustterhadap organizational citizenship behavior. 3. Terdapat pengaruh organizationaljustice terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dimediasi oleh faculty trust.
T his study aims to examine and analyze the influence of organizationa justiceon organizational citizenship behavior mediated by faculty trust lecturer Faculty ofEconomics and Business Management Studies Program University Trisakti. Dataobtained from the results of questionnaires distributed to 40 lecturers Faculty ofEconomics and Business Management Studies Program University Trisakti. Themethod used is random sampling with 40 lecturers and simple regression analysistool. The results of this study show that: 1. There is influence organizational justiceto faculty trust. 2. There is influence of faculty trust on organizational citizenshipbehavior. 3. There is organizational justice effect on organizational citizenshipbehavior mediated by faculty trust.
