P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh positif Job Satisfaction, OrganizationalJustice, Self-Efficacy dan Transformational Leadership terhadap Organizational Commitmentpada CV. Sari Alam Pegunungan di Bali. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitiankuantitatif dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner secara online. Metode pengambilan sampelyang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah melakukan sensus pada 60 orang karyawan CV.Sari Alam Pegunungan di Bali. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisisregresi sederhana karena hanya menguji pengaruh dari dua variabel dengan menggunakanSPSS versi 25. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif Job Satisfaction,Organizational Justice, Self-Efficacy dan Transformational Leadership terhadapOrganizational Commitment. Implikasi manajerial sebaiknya perusahaan memperhatikankembali aspek ekuitas dengan kesesuaian penghargaan dengan mempertimbangkanpengetahuan, keterampilan dan kualifkasi dari karyawan.

T his study aims to analyze the positive effects of Job Satisfaction, Organizational Justice, Self- Efficacy and Transformational Leadership on Organizational Commitment at CV. Sari Alam Pegunungan in Bali. The research conducted is a quantitative by distributing online questionnaires. The sampling method used in this study was a census on employees of CV. Sari Alam Pegunungan in Bali, with total 60 employees. Hypothesis testing used simple regression analysis because it only examines the effects of two variables using SPSS version 25. The results showed that was a positive effect of Job Satisfaction, Organizational Justice, Self- Efficacy and Transformational Leadership on Organizational Commitment. The managerial implication was that the company should pay attention to the equity aspect with the suitability of the award by considering the knowledge, skills and qualifications of the employees.
