P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Ethical Leadership (Kepemimpinan Etis ) terhadap Innovative Behaviour (perilaku inovatif) yang dimediasi oleh Organizational Justice (keadilan organisasi) pada karyawan PT. Ekspres Transportasi Antarbenua. Responden dari penelitian ini berjumlah 164 orang karyawan PT. Ekspres Transportasi Antarbenua. Variabel dalam penelitian ini berupa Ethical Leadership sebagai variabel independen, Organizational justice sebagai variabel mediasi, dan Innovative Behaviour sebagai variabel dependen. Pengambilan sample dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan pendekatan purposive sampling. Sedangkan Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan alat analisis berupa Structural Equation Model (SEM).Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa (1) kepemimpinan etis tidak berpengaruh terhadap perilaku inovatif, (2) Kepemimpinan etis berpengaruh terhadap keadilan organisasi, (3) keadilan organisasi berpengaruh terhadap perilaku inovatif, (4) dan kepemimpinan etis berpengaruh terhadap perilaku inovatif dimediasi oleh keadilan organisasi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan bagi perusahaan didalam mengembangkan perilaku inovatif terutama melalui kepemimpinan etis dan keadilan organisasi

T his research aims to analyze the effect of Ethical Leadership toward Innovative Behaviour that mediated by Job Innovative Behaviour on employees of PT. Ekspres Transportasi Antarbenua. The respondents of this study were 164 employees of PT Ekspres Transportasi Antarbenua. The variables in this study are Ethical Leadership as an independent variable, Organizational Justice as a mediating variable, and Innovative Behaviour as the dependent variable. Sampling in this study using a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling approach. While the hypothesis testing using an analytical tool inthe form of Structural Equation Model (SEM).The results of the study conclude that (1) Ethical Leadership has no effect on Innovative Behaviour, (2) Ethical Leadership has an Organizational Justice , (3) Organizational Justice has an influence on Innovative Behaviour, (4) and Ethical Leadership influence on Innovative Behaviour mediated by Organizational Justice. This research is expected to provide input for companies in developing innovative behaviour, especially through ethical leadership and organizational justice.
