Pengaruh customer experience management terhadap customer loyalty.
P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh loyalitas nasabah bank. Sebuah survey online dilakukan dengan sampel 220 responden yang melakukan transaksi dibank minimal tiga bulan terakhir baik transaksi fisik maupun transaksi visual. Data diolah menggunakan software SPSS (Statistic Package for Service Solution) versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif Physical Interaction Management, Visual Interaction Management, Service Interaction Management terhadap Customer Loyalty pada nasabah bank. Dengan demikian hasil penelitian ini dapat berguna bagi perbankan untuk menyusun strategi pemasaran jasa yang tepat.
T his research aims to analyze the influence of bank customer loyalty. An online survey was conducted with a sample of 220 respondents who carried out bank transactions for at least the last three months, both physical and visual transactions. The data was processed using SPSS (Statistical Package for Service Solution) software version 22. The research results showed that there was a positive influence of Physical Interaction Management, Visual Interaction Management, Service Interaction Management on Customer Loyalty among bank customers. Thus, the results of this research can be useful for banks to develop appropriate service marketing strategies.
