P ada saat ini, dimana dunia bisnis sedang lesu, perusahaan harus memiliki manajemen yang baik, selain itu perusahaan dituntut untuk meningkatkan daya saing perusahaannya. PT. ABC belum memiliki sistem pengukuran kinerja perusahaan yang baik, oleh karena itu, perlu dibuat rancangan model pengukuran kinerja dengan melihat aspek finansial dan non-finansial agar mendapatkan gambaran kinerja perusahaan secara lengkap. Oleh karena itu, metode Sustainable Balance Scorecard dipilih dimana diharapkan akan memberi solusi bagi masalah-masalah yang sedang dihadapi perusahaan. Penelitian berupa pengukuran kinerja dilakukan dengan metode Sustainable Balanced Scorecard (SBSC), analisa terdiri dari 5 perspektif dan mengangkat isu penting yaitu perspektif lingkungan yang dapat dikaitkan dengan Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) terutama pada goal 12 yaitu pelaksanaan program konsumsi dan produksi yang bertanggung jawab. Langkah-langkah penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan paparan lingkungan dan paparan sosial, diawali dengan analisa SWOT perusahaan yaitu menganalisa faktor internal berdasarkan kekuatan dan kelemahan perusahaan menggunakan Value Chain Analysis dan Analisa faktor eksternal berdasarkan peluang dan ancaman perusahaan menggunakan Five Force Porter’s. Berdasarkan perhitungan Internal Factor Evaluation – Eksternal Factor Evaluation (IFE-EFE Matrix) diketahui bahwa posisi perusahaan berada pada peringkat 1 yaitu pertumbuhan. Maka dari itu dilakukan penelitian pengukuran kinerja menggunakan metode Sustainable Balanced Scorecard, yang mencakup pengukuran Net Profit Margin (NPM), efisiensi biaya, loyalitas pelanggan, kepuasan pelanggan, motivasi karyawan berdasarkan perhitungan tingkat produktivitas karyawan, dan kepuasan karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengukuran kinerja perusahaan PT. ABC sebesar 4,08 yang dikategorikan dalam SBSC ada dalam kategori BAIK. Kemudian digunakan juga metode SOSTAC sebagai solusi masalah yang dialami perusahaan, yaitu naik-turunnya penjualan dengan menggunakan metode SOSTAC, didapatkan pandangan yang logis dan objektif untuk menganalisa posisi perusahaan dan sebagai metode pendukung bagi solusi-solusi yang diberikan untuk perusahaan

ABC does not yet have a good company performance measurement system, therefore, it is necessary to design a performance measurement model by looking at financial and non-financial aspects in order to get a complete picture of the company's performance. Therefore, the Sustainable Balance Scorecard method was chosen which is expected to provide solutions to the problems that the company is currently facing. Research in the form of performance measurement was carried out using the Sustainable Balanced Scorecard (SBSC) method, the analysis consists of 5 perspectives and raises an important issue, namely the environmental perspective that can be linked to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially in goal 12, namely the implementation of responsible consumption and production programs. The research steps were carried out with an environmental exposure and social exposure approach, starting with a company SWOT analysis, which analyzed internal factors based on the strengths and weaknesses of the company using Value Chain Analysis and analysis of external factors based on company opportunities and threats using Porter's Five Force. Based on the calculation of Internal Factor Evaluation - External Factor Evaluation (IFE-EFE Matrix), it is known that the company's position is in rank 1, namely growth. Therefore, a performance measurement research was conducted using the Sustainable Balanced Scorecard method, which includes the measurement of Net Profit Margin (NPM), cost efficiency, customer loyalty, customer satisfaction, employee motivation based on the calculation of employee productivity levels, and employee satisfaction. The results showed that the measurement of the company performance of PT. ABC of 4.08 which is categorized in SBSC is in the GOOD category. Then the SOSTAC method is also used as a solution to the problems experienced by the company, namely the ups and downs of sales using the SOSTAC method, obtaining a logical and objective view to analyze the company's position and as a supporting method for the solutions given to the company
