Dalam pelaksanaan bengkel, CV.Sepakat Motor menyadari perlunya dilakukan pengembangan usaha bengkel AC. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah merancang model bisnis pengembangan, menentukan kelayakan usaha Bengkel AC dan merumuskan strategi usaha CV Sepakat Motor. Rencana pengembangan usaha yang akan dibuat adalah penambahan usaha bengkel AC. Pada penelitian ini, analisis SWOT digunakan sebagai analisa awal bahwa bengkel AC adalah salah sate dari strategi yang harus diambil untuk kemajuan bengkel CV. Sepakat Motor. Setelah itu akan dibuat Business Model Canvas sebagai dasar dalam pembuatan studi kelayakan bisnis bengkel AC. Aspek Pasar dan Pemasaran menurut aspek pasar dan pemasaran yang didalamnya terdapat customer segment, value preposition, channel dan customer relationship, maka dapat dilihat bahwa aspek pasar dan pemasaran meliputi target pasar, posisi pasar, diferensiasi pasar dan promoi dikatakan layak. Aspek teknis dapat dilihat doll key activities yaitu layanan, waktu kerja operasional dan harga layanan. Menurut basil penelitian, dapat dikatakan layak.
