Perumusan strategi perusahaan jasa maintenance pada PT Sinergi Sinar Abadi denganpendekatan balanced scorecard dan product service system
P enelitian ini dilakukan di PT Sinergi Sinar Abadi sebuah perusahaan yangbergerak di bidang electrical yang menawarkan layanan jasa dan sekaligusmenyediakan produk kelistrikan yang dapat dipesan sesuai kebutuhan pelangganyang diperoleh dari supplier untuk menunjang jasanya. Permasalahan yang dialamioleh perusahaan adalah tidak adanya strategi perusahaan untuk mempertahankanbisnisnya di masa depan dengan semakin ketatnya persaingan di bidang kontraktorelectrical. Diperlukan strategi perusahaan yang mengukur kinerja 4 perspektifdalam BSC dan sistem layanan jasa dan produk dengan Product Service System(PSS). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah perumusan strategi perusahaan jasamaintenance dengan pendekatan Balanced Scorecard dan Product Service System.Proses perumusan perencanaan strategis yang dilakukan pada PT Sinergi SinarAbadi meliputi beberapa tahap, antara lain menentukan visi, misi perusahaan;analisis IFE dan EFE Matriks; analisis SWOT; penentuan tujuan strategis hasilintegrasi konsep Product Service System dan SWOT; pengukuran kinerja strategis;membuat inisiatif strategis; serta membuat usulan strategis. Hasil penelitian inimenunjukan bahwa tahapan perumusan rancangan strategis yang dilakukan secarakeseluruhan sudah sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip dalam konsep Prodcut ServiceSystem dan Balanced Scorecard, dimana tiap indikator strategis dalam perspektifmemiliki hubungan saling terkait. Dari hasil pengukuran kinerja strategis, diperolehhasil total nilai pengukuran kinerja strategis adalah 4.367 yang artinyabaik/puas/penting. Selanjutnya, berdasarkan perhitungan prioritas KPI diperolehhasil bahwa indikator strategis peringkat teratas memiliki nilai kriteria 5 dan nilaibobot akhir 0.1517 adalah pada perspektif pelanggan yaitu strategi kepuasanpelanggan.
T his research was conducted at PT Sinergi Sinar Abadi, a company engaged in theelectricity sector that offers services simultaneously by providing electricalproducts that can be ordered according to customer needs obtained from suppliersto support their services. The problem experienced by the company is the need fora strategy to maintain its business in the future with the increasingly tightcompetition in the electricity distribution sector. A companystrategy is needed that measures the performance of 4 perspectives in the BSC andservice systems and products with the Product Service System (PSS). The purposeof this study is to design a strategy for a maintenance service company using theBalanced Scorecard and Product Service System approach. The strategic planningformulation process carried out at PT Sinergi Sinar Abadi includes several stages,including determining the company's vision and mission; IFE and EFE Matrixanalysis; SWOT analysis; according to the strategic objectives resulting from theintegration of the Product Service System concept and SWOT; performancestrategy measurement; create an initiative strategy; and make strategic suggestions.The results of this study indicate that the overall stages of the strategic designformulation are according to the principles in the Product Service System andBalanced Scorecard concepts, where each strategy indicator in perspective has aninterrelated relationship. From the measurement results of the performance strategy,the total value of the performance strategy measurement is 4,367, which meansgood/satisfied/important. Furthermore, based on the calculation of KPI priorities,the results show that the top strategy indicator rating has a criterion value of 5 anda final weight value of 0.1517 from the customer perspective, namely, customersatisfaction strategy.
