Metodeanalisis data menggunakan analisis regresi.Temuan dalam penelitian adalah Strategic Human Resource Managemnt (SHRM)memiliki pengaruh terhadap Employee Retention pada PT Bank Mandiri (Persero)Tbk. Cabang Mandiri University. Selain itu penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa PT BankMandiri (Persero) Tbk. Cabang Mandiri University menggunakan SHRM denganbaik yang dapat menurunkan Employee Retention pada perusahaan.
