K ereta rel listrik masih menjadi salah satu pilihan masyarakat perkotaan khususnya kota Jakarta dan Bogor. Dengan meningkatnya pengguna KRL Perlu dilakukan analisis terhadap kinerja operasional untuk mengetahui apakah kinerja operasional KRL line Jakarta Kota sudah sesuai, dengan melihat SK Dirjen Perhubungan Darat No.687 2002 tentang parameter pedoman kinerja angkutan umum, yaitu load factor, Jumlah penumpang yang diangkut, headway, travel time, kapasitas lintas, dan Kecepatan perjalanan, Lokasi penelitian dilakukan pada line Jakarta Kota – Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kinerja operasional KRL line Stasiun Jakarta kota – Stasiun Bogor dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi 5 variabel, yaitu Faktor muat Load Factor, Headway, Travel Time, Kapasitas Lintas dan Kecepatan Perjalanan. Berdasarkan jumlah penumpang pada jam puncak pagi dan sore memenuhi syarat 70%, headway pada jam puncak pagi dan sore memenuhi syarat H.puncak 2-5 menit, travel time puncak pagi dan sore selisih travel time aktual dan travel time GAPEKA adalah 8 detik.kapasitas lintas dalam 24 jam dari adalah 107 KRL, dan kecepatan perjalanan 70km/jam Dari Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan, perlu menambah jumlah rangkaian kereta hingga 12 rangkaian, Perlu penambahan kecepatan operasional, agar mempersingkat waktu tempuh perjalanan, memaksimalkan transformasi rangkaian kereta.
