T ujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja dan intellectual capital terhadap kinerja operasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Purchase & Logistic, Engineering, dan Production. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan alat analisis yang digunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja dan Intellectual Capital mempunyai pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Operasional. Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi linear berganda ditemukan bahwa keempat variabel yaitu disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja dan Intellectual Capital mempunyai dampak yang sama.
T he research objective to analyse the influence of Labor Discipline, Work Motivation, Work Environment and intellectual capital in operational performance. The population in this study is the Staff of Purchase & Logistic, Engineering, dan Production. The sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling and analysis tools used multiple linear regression. The result showed that Labor Discipline, Work Motivation, Work Environment has a significant positive effect on Operational Performance. Intellectual Capital has a significant influence on Operational Performance. Based on the result of multiple regression analysis found that four variable: Labor Discipline, Work Motivation, Work Environment and Intellectual Capital has the same effect.
