Proses perekrutan karyawan baru pada human capital management division PT. Bank Mega Syariah
P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan fungsi Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia, kualifikasi dalam perekrutan karyawan baru dan proses perekrutan karyawan baru pada PT. Bank Mega Syariah. Metode yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif dimana pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan observasi. Subjek penelitian ini Human Capital Management Division pada PT. Bank Mega Syariah, Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan. Sehingga penelitian ini diberi judul “Proses Perekrutan Karyawan Baru Pada Human Capital Management Division PT. Bank Mega Syariahâ€. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan fungsi Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia PT. Bank Mega Syariah adalah planning, acquiring, developing, maintraining, retaining, kualifikasi dalam perekrutan karyawan baru telah sesuai dengan ketentuan fresh graduate and special hiring, sedangkan untuk proses perekrutan karyawan baru telah memenuhi man power planning dan replacement karyawan resign.
T his study aims to determine how the implementation of the Human Resource Management function, qualifications in recruiting new employees and the process of recruiting new employees at PT. Mega Syariah Bank. The method used is descriptive statistics where data collection is done by interview and observation. The subject of this research is the Human Capital Management Division at PT. Bank Mega Syariah, Kuningan, South Jakarta. So that this study was entitled "The Process of Recruitment of New Employees at the Human Capital Management Division of PT. Bank Mega Syariah ". The results of the study show that the implementation of the function of Human Resource Management PT. Bank Mega Syariah is planning, acquiring, developing, playing training, retaining, qualifying in recruiting new employees in accordance with the provisions of fresh graduate and special hiring, while the process of recruiting new employees has fulfilled the man power planning and replacement resign employees.
