Pengaruh green human resource management, ethical leadership, employee commitment terhadap environmental performance pada karyawan PT. Riztechindo di Makassar
P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh green human resourcemanagement, employee commitment, ethical leadership terhadap environmentalperformance. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kuantitatif denganmembagikan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengujian hypothesistesting. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan softwareSPSS 25.0. Data dalam penelitian dikumpulkan dari 204 karyawan PT Riztechindodengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hasil uji hipotesis pada penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh green human resources management terhadapenvironmental performance, terdapat pengaruh employee commitment terhadapenvironmental Performance, dan terdapat pengaruh ethical leadership terhadapenvironmental performance. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan bagi manajer agar memperhatikan green human resource management yangmemiliki pengaruh terkecil dalam penelitian ini, untuk meningkatkan Green humanresource management maka manager dapat memasukkan unsur lingkungan dalampraktik manajemen seperti merekrut karyawan, seleksi, memilih kandidat karyawandan melakukan kegiatan ramah lingkungan, memberikan apresiasi kepada karyawanyang berprestasi dalam pengelolaan lingkungan, melibatkan karyawan denganmenerima saran dari karyawan sehingga dapat memotivasi karyawan dalammeningkatkan kinerja lingkungan pada perusahaan.
T his study aims to analyze the effect of green human resources management,employee commitment, ethical leadership on environmental performance. Thisresearch is quantitative research by distributing questionnaires. This study uses thehypothesis testing method. Hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis withSPSS 25.0 software. The data in this study were collected from 204 employees of PTRiztechindo using purposive sampling method. The results of hypothesis testing inthis study indicate that there is an influence of green human resources managementon environmental performance, there is an influence of employee commitment onenvironmental performance, and there is an influence of ethical leadership onenvironmental performance. From the results of this study, it is expected to provideinput for managers to pay attention to green human resource management which hasthe smallest influence in this study, to improve Green human resource management,managers can include environmental elements in management practices such asrecruiting employees, selecting, selecting employee candidates and conductingenvironmentally friendly activities, giving appreciation to employees who excel inenvironmental management, involving employees by receiving suggestions fromemployees so that they can motivate employees to improve environmentalperformance in the company.
