P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Electronic Human Resource Management, Strategic Human Resource Management, Knowledge Management, Organizational Agility terhadap Sustainable Competitive Advantage pada karyawan perusahaan telekomunikasi di Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan metode korelasional dengan melakukan uji hipotesis. Data yang digunakan adalah data Cross Sectional dengan responden karyawan perusahaan telekomunikasi di Jakarta Selatan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu non probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 308 dari karyawan perusahaan telekomunikasi di Jakarta Selatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Electronic Human Resource Management, Strategic Human Resource Management, Knowledge Management dan Organizational Agility berpengaruh terhadap Sustainable Competitive Advantage. Dari penelitian ini, diharapkan dapat memberikan pengaruh bagi perusahaan kedepannya guna meningkatkan Electronic Human Resource Management, Strategic Human Resource Management, Knowledge Management, Organizational Agility dan Sustainable Competitive Advantage pada karyawan
T his study aims to analyze the influence of Electronic Human Resource Management, Strategic Human Resource Management, Knowledge Management, Organizational Agility on Sustainable Competitive Advantage on employees of telecommunication companies in Jakarta. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with data collection through questionnaires and correlational methods by conducting hypothesis testing. The data used is Cross Sectional data with respondents of telecommunication company employees in South Jakarta. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method with a sample size of 308 from employees of telecommunication companies in South Jakarta. The results of the study indicate that Electronic Human Resource Management, Strategic Human Resource Management, Knowledge Management and Organizational Agility have an effect on Sustainable Competitive Advantage. From this study, it is expected to provide an influence for the company in the future to improve Electronic Human Resource Management, Strategic Human Resource Management, Knowledge Management, Organizational Agility and Sustainable Competitive Advantage on employees
