P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh communication, proceduraljustice, respect for employees, social netwoking, dan job attractiveness terhadapquality of work life pada karyawan PT. Bank Tabungan Negara, Tbk Cabang HarmoniJakarta. Menggunakan metode analisa data statistik deskriptif (rata-rata) serta analisaregresi berganda dengan jumlah sampel seluruh populasi sebanyak 199 dari karyawan(sensus). Pada penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif communicationterhadap quality of work of life, pengaruh positif antara procedural justice terhadapquality of work of life, pengaruh positif respect for employees terhadap quality of workof life, pengaruh positif social networking terhadap quality of work of life dan pengaruhpositif antara job attractiveness terhadap quality of work of life.Dalam penelitian ini disarankan manajer meningkatkan quality of work life denganmembuat program insentif berupa imbalan sebagai penghargaan akan kinerjakaryawan. Untuk meningkatkan communication, perusahaan sebaiknya memberidukungan dalam meningkatkan komunikasi karyawan dengan membangun hubungandengan tim kerja. Untuk meningkatkan procedural justice pihak manajemendisarankan untuk mengadakan pertemuan rutin pada karyawan membahas apa yangharus dilakukan agar penyelesaian pekerjaan sesuai yang diinginkan. Untuk meningkatkan respect for employees pihak manajemen disarankan untuk memberiperhatian pada karyawan secara personal agar merasa dihargai. Untuk meningkatkansocial networking disarankan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran karyawan untuk salingtolong menolong satu sama lain agar mereka saling memahami tujuan Bersama. Untukmeningkatkan job attractiveness pihak manajemen disarankan untuk memberikankebebasan bagi karyawan dalam menyusun kegiatan yang ingin mereka integrasikandalam organisasi agar mereka lebih terlibat dalam pekerjaannya.

T he purpose pf this research is to examine the effect of communication, proceduraljustice, respect for employees, social netwoking, job attractiveness to quality of worklife among employees of PT. Bank Tabungan Negara, Tbk Harmoni Jakarta. Usingdescriptive statistical analysis methods (average). With multiple regression analysiswith a total sample of the entire population of 199 employees (census). From thisresearch, it was found that there was a positive influence of communication on thequality of work of life, there was a positive influence between procedural justice onthe quality of work of life, there was a positive influence of respect for employees onthe quality of work of life, there was a positive influence of social networking onquality of work. work of life and there is a positive influence between jobattractiveness on the quality of work of life.Based on the result of this study, it is suggested for managers to improve the qualityof work life by creating an incentive program in the form of an imbalance as a rewardfor employee performance. To improve communication, companies should providesupport in improving employee communication by building relationships with workteams. To improve procedural fairness the management holds regular meetings withemployees to discuss what must be done so that the completion of the work is asdesired. To increase respect for employees, management oversees to pay attention to employees personally to pay attention. To improve social networking, it is suggestedto increase employee awareness to help each other so that they understand each other'sgoals. To increase the attractiveness of the work of the management it is necessary toprovide freedom for employees in arranging activities that they want to integrate in theorganization so that they are more involved in their works.
