P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Green Human Resources Management, innovative environmental behavior, Corporate social responsibility,environmental performancepada karyawan PT. Aplikasi Karya Anak Bangsa.Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepadakaryawan PT. Aplikasi Karya Anak Bangsaterkhususnya brand “Gojek†dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada150 responden wanita dan pria dengan membagikan kuesioner online melalui Google Form (110 responden). Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan purposive sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan program AMOS21Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Green Human Resources Management, innovative environmental behavior, Corporate social responsibility,terhadap environmental performance.Penelitian ini bermaksud meneliti bagaimana perusahaan meningkatkan karyawan dalam bentuk inovasi dan kreatifitas karyawan dalam bentuk pelatihan dan pengembangan terhadap tanggung jawab perusahan dengan ramah lingkungan perusahaan.Penelitian ini menunjukanGreen Human Resources Management, innovative environmental behavior, Corporate social responsibility berpengaruh positif terhadap environmental performance
T his study aims to analyze the factors that influence Green Human Resources Management, innovative environmental behavior, corporate social responsibility, environmental performance of PT. Application of the Nation's Children.Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT. The Karya Anak Bangsa application, especially the "Gojek" brand, by distributing questionnaires to 150 female and male respondents by distributing online questionnaires via Google Form (110 respondents). Data collection technique using purposive sampling. The data analysis used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the AMOS21 programThe results of this study found that the factors that influence Green Human Resources Management, innovative environmental behavior, corporate social responsibility, on environmental performance. because this research intends to examine how companies improve employees in the form of employee innovation and creativity in the form of training and development of corporate responsibility in an environmentally friendly company. This study shows that Green Human Resources Management, Innovative Environmental Behavior, Corporate Social Responsibility have a positive effect on environmental performance
