Pengaruh perceived social organization climate dan organizational citizenship behaviors terhadap innovative workplace behaviors pada Karyawan PT. Bank Tabungan Negara Cikarang
P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh dari Perceived Social Organization Climate dan Organizational Citizenship Behaviors terhadap Innovative Workplace Behaviors. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 43 responden yang merupakan karyawan PT. Bank Tabungan Negara Cikarang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode sensus. Pengujian dilakukan dengan regresi linier berganda. Dari hasil penelitian, Perceived Social Organization Climate tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Innovative Workplace Behaviors dan Organizational Citizenship Behaviors memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Innovative Workplace Behaviors.
T his study aims to explain the influence of Perceived Social Organization Climate and Organizational Citizenship Behaviors to Innovative Workplace Behaviors. The sample used in this study amounted to 43 respondents who are employees of PT. State Savings Bank Cikarang. The method used in this research is using census method. The test is done by multiple linear regression. From the results of the study, Perceived Social Organization Climate no significant effect on Innovative Workplace Behaviors and Organizational Citizenship Behaviors have a positive influence on Innovative Workplace Behaviors.
