Pengaruh work from home, family supportive supervisor behaviors, work-life balance dan job satisfaction terhadap job performance pada karyawan perusahaan jasa transportasi laut di jakarta pasca pandemi covid-19
P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Work from Home, Family Supportive Supervisor Behaviors, Work-life Balance dan Job Satisfaction terhadap Job Performance. Data dikumpulkan dari 164 karyawan Perusahaan Jasa Transportasi Laut di Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalahdengan metode Convenience Sampling. Teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yakni uji instrumen seperti uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan SPSS serta uji hipotesis menggunakan AMOS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Work from Home berpengaruh positif terhadap Job Performance, Family Supportive Supervisor Behaviors berpengaruh positif terhadap Job Performance, Work-Life Balance tidak memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Job Performance dan Job Satisfaction tidak memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Job Performance. Implikasi manajerial dapat diberikan kepada perusahaan untuk terus memberi peran Family Supportive Supervisor Behaviors yang baik terutama pada saat penerapan Work from Home agar Work-Life Balance karyawan terjaga dan Job Satisfaction yang dimiliki karyawan terus meningkat sehingga dapat memberikan Job Performance yang terbaik untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan.
T his study aims to analyze the effect of Work from Home, Family Supportive Supervisor Behaviors, Work-life Balance and Job Satisfaction on Job Performance. Data was collected from 164 employees of a Marine Transportation Service Companies in Jakarta. The sampling technique in this study is the Convenience Sampling method. The data processing techniques used in this study are instrument tests such as validity tests and reliability tests using SPSS and hypothesis tests using AMOS. The results of this study show that Work from Home has a positive effect on Job Performance, Family Supportive Supervisor Behaviors have a positive effect on Job Performance, Work-Life Balance does not have a positive influence on Job Performance and Job Satisfaction does not have a positive influence on Job Performance. Managerial implications can be given to companies to continue to provide a good role of Family Supportive Supervisor Behaviors, especially during the implementation of Work from Home so that employee Work-Life Balance is maintained and employee Job Satisfaction continues to increase so that it can provide the best Job Performance to achieve company goals
