P enelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisispengaruh remote working, appropriately organized work, employee concern related to work, dan work stress terhadap job satisfaction pada karyawan Samsung Research Indonesia (SRIN). Metode pengambilan sampel yaitu dengan penyebaran kuesioner yang menghasilkan sebanyak 71 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda dengan software SPPS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa remote working berpengaruh negatif, appropriately organized workberpengaruh positif, employees concern berpengaruh negatif, dan work stress berpengaruh positif terhadap job satisfaction. Dengan begitu, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu perusahaan untuk meningkatkan job satisfaction karyawannya setelah pademi Covid-19 berlangsung.

T his study aims to analyze the influence of remote work, well-organized work, work-related employee worries, and work stress on job satisfaction among Samsung Research Indonesia (SRIN) employees. Sampling method by distributing questionnaires which resulted in as many as 71 respondents. This study used multiple regression analysis with SPPS software version 23. The results showed that remote work has a negative effect, organized work has a positive effect, employee concern has a negative effect, and work stress has a positive effect on job satisfaction. That way, this research is expected to be able to help companies increase their employee job satisfaction after the Covid-19 pandemic occurred.
