P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perceived threat covid-19, job stress, Emotional intelligence terhadap job satisfaction para karyawan operasional di bandar udara international soekarno hatta. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer. metode sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden 184 karyawan pada 3 maskapai penerbangan PT. ABAir, PT. AGAir, dan PT. AS Airdi wilayah terminal 3 bandar udara internasional soekarno hatta dengan jenis pekerjaan karyawan operasional yang bekerja sebagai staffground bags, staff ticketing, staff check in dan staffmaintenanceDimana variabel independent adalah perceived threat covid-19, job stress, Emotional intelligence dan variabel dependennya adalah job satisfaction.Pengujian hipotesis yang digunakan analisis regresi sederhana.Hasildari pengujian hipotesis adalah perceived threat covid-19 berpengaruh negatif terhadap job satisfaction, job stressberpengaruh negatif terhadap job satisfaction, dan emotional intelligenceberpengaruh positif terhadap job satisfaction. Untuk implikasi manajerial dalam penelitian iniperusahann pada maspakai penerbangan PT. AB Air, PT. AG Air, dan PT. AS Airdi Bandar Udara Internasional SoekarnoHatta Cengkareng juga perlu memperhatikan peningkatan keamanan protokol kesehatan dalam melakukan pekerjaan padamaskapai penerbanganPT. AB Air, PT. AG Air, dan PT. AS Airdi bandar udara internasional soekarno hattaagar karyawan tidak merasakan adanya ancaman, gelisah saat melakukan pekerjaannya yang dapat mengurangi rasa ketakutan harus memastikan bahwa beban kerja yang ditugaskan kepada karyawan sesuai dengan kapasitas mereka. T his study aims to analyze the effect of perceptions of the threat of Covid-19, work stress, emotional intelligence on the job satisfaction of operational employees at Soekarno Hatta International Airport. The data used in this research is primary data. The sample method used in this study was purposive sampling with a total of 184 employees at 3 airlines, PT. AB Water, PT. AG Air, and PT. AS Air in the terminal 3 area of Soekarno Hatta International Airport with the type of work of operational employees who work as ground bags staff, ticketing staff, check-in staff and maintenance staff Where the independent variables are perceived threat of covid-19, job stress, Emotional intelligence and the dependent variable is job satisfaction. Testing the hypothesis used simple regression analysis.The results of testing the hypothesis are that the perceived threat of covid-19 has a negative effect on job satisfaction, work stress has a negative effect on job satisfaction, and emotional intelligence has a positive effect on job satisfaction. To reveal the managerial in this research, the airline company PT. AB Air, PT. AG Air, and PT. AS Air at Soekarno Hatta Cengkareng International Airport also needs to pay attention to increasing health protocol security in carrying out work for the airline company PT. AB Water, PT. AG Air, and PT. AS Air at Soekarno Hatta International Airport so that employees do not feel threatened, anxious when doing work that can reduce feelings of fear must ensure that the workload assigned to employees is in accordance with their capacity.
