P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh work stress (WS), job burnout (JB), jobsatisfaction (JS), yang diduga memiliki pengaruh terhadap turnover intention (TI) denganvariabel job satisfaction (JS) sebagai mediasi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian inimerupakan data primer yang bersumber dari kuesioner dalam google form yang disebarkankepada responden. Sampel penelitian adalah karyawan e-commerce yang bekerja di Jakartadengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh 305 responden yangmenjadi sampel. Analisis data yang digunakan untuk uji hipotesis menggunakan metodeanalisis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan program Analysis Of Moment Structure(AMOS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Work Stress berpengaruh negatif terhadap JobSatisfaction, Work Stress dan Job Burnout berpengaruh positif terhadap Turnover Intention,Work Stress berpengaruh positif terhadap Job Burnout. Sedangkan Job Satisfaction tidakmemiliki pengaruh terhadap Turnover Intention. Selain itu penelitian ini juga membuktikanbahwa terdapat peran mediasi dari variable job burnout dalam memediasi pengaruh work stressterhadap turnover intention. supervisor support dan job satisfaction memiliki pengaruh negatiftidak signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Namun tidak ditemukan adanya peran mediasijob satisfaction antara mempengaruhi hubungan langsung antara Work Stress dan Turnover Intention.

T This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress (WS), job burnout (JB), job satisfaction(JS), which is suspected to have an influence on turnover intention (IT) with the variable jobsatisfaction (JS) as mediation. The data used in this study is primary data sourced fromquestionnaires in google forms that are distributed to respondents. The research sample wase-commerce employees who worked in Jakarta using the purposive sampling method so that305 respondents were obtained as samples. Data analysis used for hypothesis testing using theStructural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis method with the Analysis Of Moment Structure(AMOS) program. The results showed that Work Stress negatively affects Job Satisfaction,Work Stress and Job Burnout have a positive effect on Turnover Intention, Work Stress has apositive effect on Job Burnout. Meanwhile, Job Satisfaction has no influence on TurnoverIntention. In addition, this study also proves that there is a mediating role of variable jobburnout in mediating the effect of work stress on turnover intention. Supervisor support andjob satisfaction have an insignificant negative influence on turnover intention. However, therewas no mediating role in job satisfaction between affecting the direct relationship between Work Stress and Turnover Intention.
