P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Motivation, TransformationalLeadership terhadap Job performance yang di mediasi oleh Job Satisfaction. Datayang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer yang bersumberlangsung dari objek penelitian yaitu perusahaan perbankan yang ada di JakartaBarat. Sampel pada penelitian ini dipilih menggunakan Snowball samplingdengansampel sebanyak 235 responden. Analisis data menggunakan statistikdeskriptifdengan mencari rata-rata dan standar deviasi, serta menggunakan SEM AMOS 25untuk pengujian hipotesis. Sebelumnya instrument telah diuji denganmenggunakanuji validitas dan reliabilitas dimana seluruh item pernyataan valid danreliabel, sertadilakukan pengujian model dengan Goodness Of Fit (GOF). Hasilmenunjukkan bahwa Transformational Leadership tidak berpengaruh terhadap Jobperformance, Motivation berpengaruh positif terhadap Job performance.Sedangkan untuk pengaruh tidak langsung Job Satisfaction dapat memediasipengaruh Motivation, Transformational Leadership terhadap Job performance.Implikasi manajerial dalam penelitian ini adalah mempertahankan kepuasan kerjakaryawan gen z salah satunya dengan melaksanakan program bonding antarkaryawan dan meningkatkan motivasi karyawan gen z salah satunya denganmembuat meeting di luar kantor agar karyawan tidak merasa bosan dan jenuh dalambekerja.

T This research aims to analyze the influence of Motivation, TransformationalLeadership on Job Performance which is mediated by Job Satisfaction. The dataused in this research is primary data sourced directly from the research object,namely banking companies in West Jakarta. The sample in this study was selectedusing Snowball sampling with a sample of 235 respondents. Data analysis usesdescriptive statistics by finding the average and standard deviation, and uses SEMAMOS 25 for hypothesis testing. Previously, the instrument had been tested usingvalidity and reliability tests where all statement items were valid and reliable, andthe model was tested using Goodness of Fit (GOF). The results show thatTransformational Leadership has no effect on Job performance, Motivation has apositive effect on Job performance. Meanwhile, the indirect influence of JobSatisfaction can mediate the influence of Motivation, Transformational Leadershipon Job performance. The managerial implication in this research is to maintain jobsatisfaction for Gen Z employees, one of which is by implementing a bondingprogram between employees and increasing the motivation of Gen Z employees,one of which is by holding meetings outside the office so that employees do not feelbored and fed up at work.
