Pengaruh family supportive supervisor behavior dan coworker support terhadap turnover intention dimediasi job stress dan emotion pada industri telekomunikasi.
P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh family supportive supervisor behavior dan coworker support terhadap turnover intention dimediasi job stress dan emotion. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan unit analisis yaitu karyawan karyawan dari industri telekomunikasi di jabodetabek yaitu PT. Nera Indonesia, PT. NTT Indonesia Technology, PT. Aplikasi Servis Pesona, PT. ZTE Indonesia. Metode pengumpulan data dengan instrumen pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner. Metode penarikan sampel dengan teknik non probability sampling. Data yang diperoleh untuk penelitian adalah 154 sampel data. Metode pengujian instrumen data menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode statistik deskriptif, pengujian hipotesis dan sobel test. Hasil dalam penelitian ini family supportive supervisor behavior tidak berpengaruh negatif terhadap job stress, coworker support berpengaruh negatif terhadap job stress, family supportive supervisor behavior berpengaruh positif terhadap emotion, coworker support berpengaruh positif terhadap emotion, job stress berpengaruh positif terhadap turnover intention, emotion berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention, peran job stress tidak berpengaruh sebagai mediator pada family supportive supervisor behavior terhadap turnover intention namun terdapat peran emotion sebagai partial mediator pada pengaruh coworker support terhadap turnover intention. Implikasi manajerial pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan perlu meningkatan integritas dari coworker support dan karyawan untuk meningkatkan emosi positif dan mendorong karyawan bekerja dilingkungan yang nyaman, salah satu strategi yaitu memberikan pelatihan dan sertifikasi pada karyawan dan rekan kerja.
T This study aims to analyze the effect of family supportive supervisor behavior and coworker support on turnover intention mediated by job stress and emotion. Sampling method with non-probability sampling technique. The data obtained for the study were 154 data samples. The data instrument testing method uses validity and reliability tests. The data analysis method uses descriptive statistical methods, hypothesis testing and the Sobel test. The results of this study are that family supportive supervisor behavior does not have a negative effect on job stress, coworker support has a negative effect on job stress, family supportive supervisor behavior has a positive effect on emotion, coworker support has a positive effect on emotion, job stress has a positive effect on turnover intention, emotion has a negative effect on turnover intention, the role of job stress does not have an effect as a mediator on family supportive supervisor behavior on turnover intention but there is a role of emotion as a partial mediator in the influence of coworker support on turnover intention. The managerial implications of this study are that companies need to improve the integrity of coworker support and employees to increase positive emotions and encourage employees to work in a comfortable environment, one strategy is to provide training and certification to employees and coworkers.
