P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh work life balance (WLB)yang diduga memiliki pengaruh terhadap employee performance (EP) dengan jobstress (JS), job satisfaction (JST), job commitment (JC) sebagai mediasi. Data yangdigunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer yang bersumber kuesioneryang disebarkan kepada responden. Sampel penelitian adalah pegawai DirektoratJenderal Pajak yang bekerja di unit KPP wilayah kerja Jakarta Barat denganmenggunakan metode convenience sampling sehingga di peroleh 293 respondenyang menjadi sampel. Analisis data yang digunakan untuk uji hipotesismenggunakan metode analisis PLS SEM (Partial Least Square Structural EquationModelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work life balanceberpengaruh positif terhadap employee performance, job stress dan job commitmentdapat memediasi pengaruh work-life balance terhadap employee performancesedangkan job satisfaction tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh work life balanceterhadap employee performance.

T This study aims to analyze the effect of work life balance (WLB) which is thoughtto have an influence on employee performance (EP) with job stress (JS), jobsatisfaction (JST), job commitment (JC) as mediation. The data used in this studyis primary data sourced from questionnaires distributed to respondents. Theresearch sample is the Directorate General of Taxation employees who work in theKPP unit in the West Jakarta working area using the convenience sampling methodso that 293 respondents are obtained as samples. Data analysis used to test thehypothesis used the PLS SEM (Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling(SEM)) analysis method. The results showed that work life balance has a positiveeffect on employee performance, job stress and job commitment can mediate theeffect of work-life balance on employee performance while job satisfaction is notable to mediate the effect of work life balance on employee performance.
