T Tesis ini menguraikan pada hakekatnya pengaruh organizational culture dan work motivation terhadap employee performance dimediasi job satisfaction pada Korpolairud Baharkam Polri.Hasil pengujian mendeskripsikan bahwasemakin baik organizational culture semakin meningkat job satisfaction daripersonil sebab budaya yang mendukung dirasakan para personil sehingga semakintinggi job satisfaction dari personel Korpolairud Baharkam Polri maka kinerjapersonel akan menjadi semakin meningkat. Hasil pengujian juga menunjukkanbahwa organizational culture danwork motivation memiliki pengaruh terhadapemployee performance melalui job satisfaction.Penelitian ini mengembangkan pengaruh organizational culture dan workmotivation pada persepsi karyawan yang telah ditetapkan dan memberikan faedahterhadap employee performance dimediasi job satisfaction. Keempat variabeldikembangkan menjadi 23 (dua puluh tiga) indikator pengukuran. Dari 7 (tujuh)hipotesis diuji untuk menganalisis Employee Performance pada KorpolairudBaharkam Polri. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan dari pengembangan 7 (tujuh)hipotesis terdapat 6(enam) hipotesis yang terbukti berpengaruh signifikan danpositif; dan terdapat 1 (satu) hipotesis yang tidak terbukti. Dari model yangdihasilkan telah membuktikan bahwa pengaruh Organization culture dan WorkMotivation yg dimediasi oleh Job satisfaction berpengaruh terhadap employeeperformance.

T This thesis describes essential the influence of organizational culture and work motivation on employee performance mediated job satisfaction on KorpolairudBaharkam Polri. The test results descibe that the better the organizational culture,the higher the job satisfaction of the personnel because of the supportive culturefelt the personnel so that the higher the job satisfaction of the KorpolairudBaharkam Polri, the performance of the personnel will increase. The test resultsalso show that organizational culture and work motivation influences employeeperformance through job satisfaction.This study develops the influence of organizational culture and work motivationon employee perceptions that has been determined and provides benefits toemployee performance mediated job satisfaction. The four variables weredeveloped into 23 (twenty three) measurement indicators. Of the 7 (seven)hypotheses tested to analyze employee performance on Korpolairud BaharkamPolri. The research findings show that from the development of 7 (seven)hypotheses, there are 6(six) hypotheses that prove to have a significant andpositive effect; and there are 1 (one) hypotheses that are not proven. The resultingmodel has proven that the influence of organizational culture and work motivationmediatedjob satisfaction has an effect on employee performance.
