Pengaruh compensation, work-life balance terhadap employee retention pada perusahaan layanan informasi dan teknologi di jakarta melalui job satisfaction.
P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh compensation, work-life balance terhadap employee retention melalui job satisfaction. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer yang bersumber langsung dari objek pada penelitian ini yaitu industri Layanan Informasi dan Teknologi di Jakarta. Metode pengambilan data secara cross-sectional, karena dilakukan dalam satu waktu. Sampel penelitian ini adalah metode non-probability sampling dengan menggunakan purposive sampling dan diperoleh 206 responden. Analisis data menggunakan program SPSS versi 21 untuk mencari mean dan AMOS versi 22 untuk menguji setiap hipotesis penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa compensation berpengaruh positif terhadap employee retention, compensation berpengaruh positif terhadap job satisfaction, work-life balance tidak berpengaruh terhadap employee retention, work-life balance berpengaruh positif terhadap job satisfaction, job satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap employee retention, job satisfaction memediasi secara parsial pengaruh positif compensation terhadap employee retention dan job satisfaction memediasi secara penuh pengaruh positif work-life balance terhadap employee retention. Dari hasil penelitian, disarankan perusahaan untuk tetap memperhatikan pemberian compensation yang sesuai, kemudian menjaga komitmen dalam penerapan work-life balance bagi karyawan, mengevaluasi secara rutin terhadap job satisfaction yang dirasakan karyawan. Dengan pemberian gaji, insentif dan tunjangan yang sesuai dan adil kepada karyawan, memperhatikan tingkat efisiensi pekerjaan karyawan, serta memberikan fasilitas kerja yang sesuai, sehingga hal tersebut membuat karyawan merasa nyaman dan puas terhadap pekerjaannya.
T This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, work-life balance on employee retention through job satisfaction. The data used in this study are primary data sourced directly from the object in this study, namely the Information and Technology Services industry in Jakarta. The data collection method is cross-sectional, because it is done at one time. The sample of this research is a non-probability sampling method using purposive sampling and obtained 206 respondents. Data analysis uses the SPSS version 21 program to find the mean and AMOS version 22 to test each research hypothesis. The results showed that compensation has a positive effect on employee retention, compensation has a positive effect on job satisfaction, work-life balance has no effect on employee retention, work-life balance has a positive effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee retention, job satisfaction partially mediates the positive effect of compensation on employee retention and job satisfaction fully mediates the positive effect of work-life balance on employee retention. From the results of the study, it is suggested that companies continue to pay attention to providing appropriate compensation, then maintain a commitment to implementing work-life balance for employees, regularly evaluate the job satisfaction felt by employees. By providing appropriate and fair salaries, incentives and benefits to employees, paying attention to the level of efficiency of employee work, and providing appropriate work facilities, so that this makes employees feel comfortable and satisfied with their work.
