Analisa pengaruh authentic leadership dan organizational culture terhadap work engagement yang dimediasi oleh job satisfaction pada karyawan perusahaan tambang batubara di Sumatera Selatan
P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh authentic leadership,organizational culture terhadap work engagement dengan mediasi job satisfaction.Sampel penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di perusahaan tambang batubara di sumatera selatan yang berjumlah 168 dengan menggunakan metodepurposive sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan untuk uji hipotesismenggunakan metode analisis structural equation modelling (SEM) denganprogram analysis of moment structure (AMOS) versi 22. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa authentic leadership dan organizational culture berpengaruhpositif terhadap job satisfaction, sedangkan authentic leadership tidak berpengaruhterhadap work engagement dan organizational culture berpengaruh negatifterhadap work engagement, akan tetapi peran mediasi job satisfactionmempengaruhi hubungan tidak langsung antara authentic leadership danorganizational culture terhadap work engagement. Hasil penelitian ini dapatdigunakan perusahaan untuk melakukan evaluasi terkait kebijakan operasinal kerjadan memberikan kesempatan bagi manajer untuk mengelola anggota timnya dengalebih transparan, kemudian disarankan bagi perusahaan untuk membuat visi misiperusahaan dan diimplementasikan sebagai program tahunan serta memberikanpelatihan soft skill kepada karyawannya.
T This study aims to analyze the effect of authentic leadership, organizational culture onwork engagement by mediating job satisfaction. The sample of this research is employeeswho work in coal mining companies in South Sumatra totaling 168 using purposivesampling method. Analysis of the data used to test the hypothesis using the structuralequation modeling (SEM) analysis method with program analysis of moment structure(AMOS) version 22. The results showed that authentic leadership and organizationalculture had a positive effect on job satisfaction, while authentic leadership had no effecton work. engagement and organizational culture have a negative effect on workengagement, but the mediating role of job satisfaction affects the indirect relationshipbetween authentic leadership and organizational culture on work engagement. The resultsof this study can be used by companies to evaluate work operational policies and provideopportunities for managers to manage their team members more transparently, then it isrecommended for companies to create a company vision and mission and implement it asan annual program and provide soft skills training to its employees.
