Pengaruh organizational culture dan work motivation terhadap employee performance yang dimediasi job satisfaction (studi empiris di KORPLAIRUD BAHARKAM POLRI)
T Tesis ini menguraikan pada hakekatnya pengaruh Organizational Culture dan Work Motivation terhadap Employee Performance dimediasi Job Satisfaction pada Korpolairud Baharkam Polri. Hasil pengujian mendeskripsikan bahwa semakin baik organizational culture semakin meningkat job satisfaction dari personil sebab budaya yang mendukung dirasakan para personil sehingga semakin tinggi job satisfaction dari personel Korpolairud Baharkam Polri maka kinerja personel akan menjadi semakin meningkat. Hasil pengujian juga menunjukkan bahwa organizational culture dan work motivation memiliki pengaruh terhadap employee performance melalui job satisfaction.Penelitian ini mengembangkan pengaruh organizational culture dan work motivation pada persepsi karyawan yang telah ditetapkan dan memberikan faedah terhadap employee performance dimediasi job satisfaction. Keempat variabel dikembangkan menjadi 23 (dua puluh tiga) indikator pengukuran. Dari 7 (tujuh) hipotesis diuji untuk menganalisis Employee Performance pada Korpolairud Baharkam Polri. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan dari pengembangan 7 (tujuh) hipotesis terdapat 6 (enam) hipotesis yang terbukti berpengaruh signifikan dan positif; dan terdapat 1 (satu) hipotesis yang tidak terbukti. Dari model yang dihasilkan telah membuktikan bahwa pengaruh Organization culture dan Work Motivation yg dimediasi oleh Job satisfaction berpengaruh terhadap employee performance
T This thesis describes essential the influence of Organizational Culture and Work Motivation on Employee Performance mediated Job Satisfaction on Korpolairud Baharkam Polri. The test results describe that the better the organizational culture, the higher the job satisfaction of the personnel because of the supportive culture felt the personnel so that the higher the job satisfaction of the Korpolairud Baharkam Polri, the performance of the personnel will increase. The test results also show that organizational culture and work motivation influences employee performance through job satisfaction.This study develops the influence of organizational culture and work motivation on employee perceptions that has been determined and provides benefits to employee performance mediated job satisfaction. The four variables were developed into 23 (twenty three) measurement indicators. Of the 7 (seven) hypotheses tested to analyze employee performance on Korpolairud Baharkam Polri. The research findings show that from the development of 7 (seven) hypotheses, there are 6 (six) hypotheses that prove to have a significant and positive effect; and there are 1 (one) hypotheses that are not proven. The resulting model has proven that the influence of organizational culture and work motivation mediated job satisfaction has an effect on employee performance.
