Pengaruh ethical leadership, self-efficacy, dan emotional intelligence terhadap Innovative work behavior pada karyawan Bank Mandiri kantor cabang di Jakarta Pusat
P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalis pengaruh Ethical Leadership, Self-efficacy dan Emotional Intelligenceterhadap Innovative Work Behavior. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan membagikan kuesioner. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu non-probability sampling, menggunakan teknik purposive samplingsebanyak 220 responden.Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan software SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ethical Leadershipberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Innovative Work Behavior, Self-efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Innovative Work Behavior, dan Emotional Intelligence berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Innovative Work Behavior.Implikasi manajerial pada penelitian ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan peran Ethical Leadership,manajer dapat menunjukkan sikap positif untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan karyawan, untuk meningkatkan peran Self-efficacy, manajer dapat mengadakan internal training dalam meningkatkan keterampilan serta pengetahuan karyawanuntuk mengatasi banyak tantangan dalam bekerja,untuk meningkatkan peranEmotional Intelligence, manajer dapat melakukan FGD (focus group discussion) agar karyawan lebih peka dalam mengamati perasaan orang lain, dan untuk meningkatkan peranInnovative Work Behavior, manajer dapat mengadakan workshop untuk mendorong pemikiran inovatif karyawan.
T his study aims to analyze the effect of Ethical Leadership, Self-efficacy and Emotional Intelligence on Innovative Work Behavior. The research conducted was quantitative research by distributing questionnaires. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling, using a purposive sampling technique of 220 respondents. The data analysis method used was multiple regression analysis with SPSS 26 software. The results showed that Ethical Leadership had positive and significant effect on Innovative Work Behavior, Self-efficacy had positive and significant effect on Innovative Work Behavior, and Emotional Intelligence had positive and significant effect on Innovative Work Behavior. The managerial implication in this study is to improvethe role of Ethical Leadership, the manager can show positive attitudes to increase employee confidence, to improvethe role of self-efficacy, the manager can conduct internal training to improve the skills and knowledge of employees to overcome many challenges at work, to improve the role of Emotional Intelligence, the manager can conduct FGDs (focus group discussion) so that employees can understand each other's emotions, and to improve the role of Innovative Work Behavior, the manager can hold workshops to encourage employees' innovative thinking
