Pengaruh ethical leadership terhadap job satisfaction yang dimediasi oleh work place spirituality pada guru SMA Negeri di Kota Tangerang
P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh ethical leadership terhadap Job Satisfaction yang dimediasi Workplace Spirituality pada guru SMA Negeri di Kota Tangerang. Data dikumpulkan dari 190 guru SMA Negeri di Kota Tangerang dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan mencari rata-rata menggunakan SPSS versi 25, serta menggunakan SEM AMOS versi 22 untuk pengujian hipotesis. Sebelumnya instrument telah diuji dengan menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas dimana seluruh item pernyataan valid dan reliabel, serta dilakukan pengujian model dengan Goodness of Fit (GoF). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ethical Leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap Workplace Spirituality, Ethical Leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap Job Satisfaction, Workplace Spirituality berpengaruh positifterhadap Job Satisfaction. Sedangkan untuk pengaruh tidak langsung Workplace Spirituality dapat memediasi pengaruh Ethical Leadership terhadap Job Satisfaction. Implikasi manajerial pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mempertahankan Ethical Leadership yang sudah baik terhadap Job Satisfaction dapat dilakukan dengan mempeetahankan sistem yang sudah ada dan juga menerima masukan dari guru agar lebih baik lagi dan berkelanjutan
T his study aims to analyze the effect of ethical leadership on job satisfaction mediated by workplace spirituality in public high school teachers in Tangerang City. Data were collected from 190 public high school teachers in Tangerang City using purposive sampling as a data collection technique. Data analysis used descriptive statistics by finding the average using SPSS version 25, and using SEM AMOS version 22 for hypothesis testing. Previously the instrument was tested using validity and reliability tests where all statement items were valid and reliable, and model testing was carried out with Goodness of Fit (GoF). The results showed that Ethical Leadership has a positive effect on Workplace Spirituality, Ethical Leadership has a positive effect on Job Satisfaction, Workplace Spirituality has a positive effect on Job Satisfaction. Meanwhile, the indirect effect of Workplace Spirituality can mediate the effect of Ethical Leadership on Job Satisfaction. The managerial implication in this study is to maintain good Ethical Leadership for Job Satisfaction by maintaining the existing system and also receiving input from teachers so that it is even better and sustainable
