P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh work motivation danwork environment terhadap employee performance yang dimediasi oleh jobsatisfaction pada karyawan Bank Syariah Indonesia di Jakarta Selatan.Penelitian ini menggunakan responden yang didapat sesuai kriteria denganmetode pengambilan sampel dengan metode convenience sampling sebanyak 200responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan Cross Sectional dan pengolahan datanyamenggunakan analisis regresi berganda dan sobel test dengan software SPSS versi25.0.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Work Motivation berpengaruh positifterhadap Job satisfaction,Work environment berpengaruh positif terhadap Jobsatisfaction, job satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap employee performance,lalu Work Motivation berpengaruh positif terhadap Employee Perfomance,dan workEnvironment berpengaruh positif terhadap Employee Perfomance, serta terdapatpengaruh work motivation terhadap employee performance yang dimediasi oleh jobsatisfaction, dan terdapat pengaruh work Environment terhadap employeeperformance yang dimediasi oleh job satisfaction.Berdasarkan Hasil Penelitian pada variable Work Motivation, agar atasanmemperhatikan motivasi karyawannya agar karyawan merasa puas dalampekerjaannya. Berdasarkan variable Work Environment atasan diharapkanmempertahankan lingkungan kerja yang nyaman kepada karyawan sehingga merekadapat berkonsentrasi dan meningkatkan kinerjanya. Berdasarkan variable JobSatisfaction atasan diharapkan memperhatikan kesejahteraan karyawannya agarmereka merasa puas akan pekerjaannya. Berdasarkan Variable EmployeePerfomance sebaiknya atas memperhatikan kembali keadilan yg berkaitan denganhak karyawan dan kesempatan yang sama bagi karyawan untuk berkembangsehingga mereka dapat menunjukan kinerjanya kepada perusahaan.

T his study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and workenvironment on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction at Bank SyariahIndonesia employees in South Jakarta. The number of respondents obtainedaccording to the criteria is as many as 200 respondents with the sampling methodusing convenience sampling. This study uses cross sectional and data processingusing multiple regression analysis and sobel test with SPSS software version 25.0.The results of this study indicate that work motivation has a positive effect onjob satisfaction, work environment has a positive effect on job satisfaction, jobsatisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance, then work motivation hasa positive effect on employee performance, and work environment has a positiveeffect on employee performance. work motivation on employee performancemediated by job satisfaction, and there is an effect of work environment on employeeperformance mediated by job satisfaction Based on the results of research on the work motivation variable, superiorsshould pay attention to the motivation of their employees so that employees feelsatisfied in their work. Based on the Work Environment variable, superiors areexpected to maintain a comfortable work environment for employees so that they canconcentrate and improve their performance. Based on the Job Satisfaction variable,superiors are expected to pay attention to the welfare of their employees so that theyfeel satisfied with their work. Based on Variable Employee Performance, it is betterto pay attention to justice related to employee rights and equal opportunities foremployees to develop so that they can show their performance to the company.
