Hubungan gangguan makan dan status gizi pada wanita usia 19-25 tahun
W anita sebagai calon ibu merupakan kelompok rawan yang harus diperhatikan status kesehatannya, terutama status gizinya. Rendahnya status gizi dapat menyebabkan kualitas fisik yang rendah. Status gizi seseorang juga dipengaruhi keadaan kejiwaan seseorang seperti stres dan cemas akan bentuk tubuh yang berdampak terjadinya gangguan makan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gangguan makan dan status gizi pada wanita usia 19-25 tahun. Studi ini menggunakan observasional analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswi D3 Akutansi Perpajakan Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Trisakti total sampel 151 responden. Data status gizi diperoleh dari hasil perhitungan IMT, sedangkan data gangguan makan diperoleh melalui kuesioner EAT-26. Analisis statistik dilakukan dengan uji chi-square menggunakan program SPSS versi 22.0 dan tingkat kemaknaan sebesar 0,05.HASILAnalisis univariat diperoleh hasil adanya gangguan makan pada 70 mahasiswi (46,4%) dan tidak ada gangguan makan pada 81 mahasisiwi (53,6%). Sedangkan status gizi kurang ditemukan pada 52 mahasiswi (34,4%), gizi normal pada 66 mahasiswi (43,7%), dan gizi lebih pada 33 mahasiswi (21,9%). Analisis bivariat menggunakan uji chi-square diperoleh hasil p=0,001 (<0,05). Penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat hubungan gangguan makan dan status gizi pada wanita usia 19-25 tahun.
W omen as potential mothers are vulnerable groups that must be considered for their health status, especially their nutritional status. Low nutritional status can cause low physical quality. A person's nutritional status is also influenced by a person's mental state such as stress and anxiety about body shape which results in eating disorders. This study aims to determine eating disorders and nutritional status in women aged 19-25 years. This study uses analytic observational with cross sectional design. The study population was D3 Accounting Taxation students from the Faculty of Economics, Trisakti University with a total sample of 151 respondents. Data on nutritional status was obtained from the calculation of BMI, while data on eating disorders were obtained through the EAT-26 questionnaire. Statistical analysis was performed with the chi-square test using the SPSS version 22.0 program and the significance level was 0.05. RESULTS Univariate analysis showed that there were eating disorders in 70 female students (46.4%) and there were no eating disorders in 81 students (53.6% ). Whereas malnutrition status was found in 52 female students (34.4%), normal nutrition in 66 female students (43.7%), and over nutrition in 33 female students (21.9%). Bivariate analysis using chi-square test results obtained p = 0.001 (<0.05). This study shows there is a relationship between eating disorders and nutritional status in women aged 19-25 years.
