Hubungan minum teh dan tekanan darah sesaat pada usia produktif
T eh (Camellia sinensis) merupakan minuman kedua yang paling banyak dikonsumsi di dunia setelah air mineral. Teh memiliki manfaat sebagai antioksidan,memperbaiki sel-sel yang rusak,menghaluskan kulit,melangsingkan tubuh,mencegah kanker,mencegah penyakit jantung,mengurangi kolesterol dalam darah, dan melancarkan sirkulasi darah.Selain manfaat, teh juga mempunyai efek yang kurang baik bagi kesehatan seperti insomnia, gelisah, merangsang, delirium, takikardia, ekstrasistole, pernapasan meningkat, tremor otot, dan diuresis. Penelitian eksperimental dengan desain pre experiment pretest-posttest pada bulan Juli-Agustus 2016 di Rt 06 kecamatan Lembor kabupaten Manggarai Barat NTT. Jumlah responden pada penelitian ini adalah 74 responden. Responden yang di jadikan sampel adalah yang berusia 15-64 tahun dan yang berjenis kelamin laki-laki dan perempuan.Jumlah responden laki-laki sebanyak 25 (33,8%) dan perempuan sebanyak 49 (66,2%). Jumlah responden yang berusia 15-50 tahun sebanyak 67 (90,5%) dan usia 51-64 sebanyak 7 (9,5%). Pada penelitian ini tidak terdapat perbedaan bermakna nilai tekanan darah sistolik sebelum dan sesudah minum teh (p= 0,566), tetapi terdapat perbedaan bermakna nilai tekanan darah diastolik sebelum dan sesudah minum teh (p= 0.047) dan terdapat perbedaan bermakna nilai frekuensi nadi sebelum dan sesudah minum teh (p= 0.000). Pada penelitian ini menunjukan terdapat perbedaan bermakna nilai tekanan darah diastolik sebelum dan sesudah minum teh dan perbedaan bermakna frekuensi nadi sebelum dan sesudah minum teh, tetapi tidak terdapat perbedaan bermakna nilai tekanan darah sistolik sebelum dan sesudah minum teh.

In this study there were no significant differences in the value of systolic blood pressure before and after tea (p = 0.566), but there were significant differences in the value of diastolic blood pressure before and after drinking tea (p = 0.047) and there were significant differences in the pulse frequency values ​​before and after drink tea (p = 0.000). In this study, there were significant differences in the value of diastolic blood pressure before and after drinking tea and a significant difference in the frequency of the pulse before and after drinking tea, but there were no significant differences in the value of systolic blood pressure before and after tea.
