Pengaruh knowledge sharing dan team culture terhadap service innovation performance
P enelitian ini membahas apakah ada pengaruh positif Knowledge sharing dan Team culture terhadap Service innovation performance. Data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 50 responden yang merupakan karyawan Hotel di Jakarta Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Simple Regression dengan menggunakan program software SPSS versi 15.0. Hasil penguJian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa Knowledge sharing dan Team Culture memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Service innovation performance. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat menggunakan sampel lain seperti manajemen puncak dan. penelitian selanjutnya disarankan agar menambah variabel-variabel lain dari pada variabel- variabel yang telah diteliti pada penelitian ini.
T his research is observing about the effect of Knowledge sharing and Team culture to Service innovation performance. Data was gathered by spreading the questionare to 50 respondents in which respondent are customer of department store. Sampling technique was using a purposive sampling. The analysis tool used was Si mple Regression using program SPSS version 15.0 software. The hypotesis testing results shows that Knowledge sharing and Team culture has a positive effect on Service innovation per formance. The future research was hoped to be able to expected to use the other samples such as top management and also adds another variables than variables that have been examined in research.
