Pengaruh perceived team learning dan creativity terhadap individual performance pada karyawan staf papua di PT Freeport Indonesia Tembagapura, Papua
P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Perceived Team Learning, dan Creativity terhadap Individual Performance. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian lapangan dengan cara sensus yaitu menyebarkan kuesioner kepada Staff karyawan Papua di Under Groud dan Grs. Operation PT Freeport Indonesia Tembagapura, Papua sebanyak 132 orang. Metode analisa penelitian ini menggunakan analisa regresi berganda dengan software spss versi 24. Pada penelitian ini diperoleh pengaruh positif antara Perceived Team Learning terhadap Individual Performance dan terdapat pengaruh positif Creativity terhadap Individual. Dari hasil penelitian ini disarankan kepada management perusahaan untuk melakukan pembaharuan memilih materi training yang seimbang antara kesesuaian pekerjaan dan memberi kesempatan kepada karyawan untuk training inovation dan creative ke perusahaan lain.
T his study aims to analyze the effect of Perceived Team Learning, and Creativity onIndividual Performance. This research uses field research by means of a censuswhich is distributing questionnaires to Papuan staff staff in Under Groud and Grs.Operation PT Freeport Indonesia in Tembagapura, Papua is 132 people. Themethod of analysis of this study uses multiple regression analysis with SPSS softwareversion 24. In this study, there is a positive effect between Perceived Team Learningon Individual Performance and there is a positive on Individual Creativity. From theresults of this study it is recommended that the management of the company to carryout renewal choose training materials that are balanced between job suitability andprovide opportunities for employees to train innovation and creative training toother companies.
