T ujuan dari peneliatian ini adalah menganalisa pengaruh High Perfomance Work Systems dan Psychological Capital terhadap Creativity Behaviour yang dimediasi oleh Job Satisfation pada karyawan Hotel Bobobox Jakarta.Variabel independent penelitian ini adalah High Performance Work Systems dan Psyhological Capital , Variabel dependen adalah Creativity Behaviour dan Variabel intervening adalah Job SatisfationData dikumpulkan dari 250 karyawan yang berkerja pada bagian Administrasi di Hotel Bobobox Jakarta dengan Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling .Uji Hipotesis yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakananalisisStructural Equation Modelling.Hasilpenelitian ini menunjukan terdapat pengaruh High Perfomance Work Systems berpengaruh positif terhadap Job Satisfation, Psychological Capital berpengaruh positifterhadap Job Satisfation , High Performance Work Systemsberpengaruh positif terhadapCreativityBehaviouryang di mediasi oleh Job Satisfation,PsychologicalCapitalterdapat pengaruh positif Job Satisfation,Psychological Capital terdapat pengaruh positif Creativity Behaviour yang di mediasi oleh Job Satisfation, Job Satisfation terdapat pengaruh positif Creativity Behaviour. Impilasi bagi manajer hotel adalah menjadikan Bobobox Hotel Kapsul pertama yang inovatif dan mampu bersaing dalam jangka Panjang dan terus mengembangkan High Perfomance Work Systems pada kinerja karyawan harus mampu menyimbangi Creativity Behaviour dan Psychological Capital agar karyawan pun merasa Job Satisfation pada kinerja yang di hasilkan dan terus menigkat.

T he purpose of this study wa to analyze the effect of High Performance Work Systems and Psychological Capital on Creativity Behavior mediated by Job Satisfaction in Hotel Bobobox Jakarta employees. The independent variables of this research are High Performance Work Systems and Psychological Capital, the dependent variable is Creativity Behavior and the intervening variable is Job Satisfaction . Data were collected from 250 employees working in the administration section at Bobobox Hotel Jakarta. The data collection technique used in this study was non-probability sampling using purposive sampling method. The hypothesis test used in this study used structural equation modelling.The results of this study indicate that there is the influence of High Performance Work Systems which has a positive effect on Job Satisfation, Psychological Capital has a positive effect on Job Satisfation, High Performance Work Systems has a positive effect on Creativity Behavior which is mediated by Job Satisfation, Psychological Capital has a positive effect on Job Satisfation, Psychological Capital there is a positive influence of Creativity Behavior which is mediated by Job Satisfation, Job Satisfation has a positive influence of Creativity Behavior. The ambition for hotel managers is to make Bobobox the first Capsule Hotel that is innovative and able to compete in the long term and continues to develop High Performance Work Systems on employee performance that must be able to balance Creativity Behavior and Psychological Capital so that employees also feel Job Satisfaction with the performance that is produced and continues to increase
