Identifikasi frekuensi dan luas jangkauan siaran televisi digital dengan sistem digital video broadcasting – second generation terrestrial (dvb-t2) secara real time di Jakarta dan Bandung
P ada perkembangan teknologi televisi digital, terdapat beberapa standar dalamsistem pemancar televisi digital di dunia diantaranya, yaitu jenis televisi digital (DTV)di negara Amerika, penyiaran video digital terestrial (DVB-T) di benua Eropa, danlayanan penyiaran digital terestrial terintegrasi (ISDB-T) di negara Jepang. PemerintahIndonesia menetapkan untuk mengadopsi standar penyiaran televisi digital terestrialDigital Video Broadcasting – Terrestrial Second Generation (DVB-T2). MelaluiPeraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia yang tertulis di PP Nomor46/PER/PEMERINTAH/01/2021 yang membahas tentang Telekomunikasi danPenyiaran di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan proses pengukuran secaralangsung di lapangan untuk stasiun televisi digital yang menggunakan sistem DigitalTerrestrial Video Broadcasting - Terrestrial Second Generation (DVB – T2) sekaligusmendapatkan nilai frekuensi televisi digital yang digunakan serta luas jangkauansiaran televisi digital tersebut. Pengukuran tersebut dilakukan dengan alat ukurDeviser dan aplikasi tambahan untuk melakukan drive test yaitu sinyal TV DIGITAL.Hasil yang diperoleh diharapkan bisa menjadi analisis teknis sebagai pertimbanganyang sesuai dengan regulasi pemerintah terkait luas jangkauan siaran stasiun televisidigital. Hasil penelitian Tugas akhir ini menunjukan bahwa : Pada nomor kanal 44frekuensi 658 Mhz dengan range 654-662 Mhz dan Nomor kanal 42 frekuensi 634Mhz dengan range 630-638 Mhz yang didapat dari pengukuran di lokasi sesuai denganregulasi pemerintah. Pada pengukuran drive test, dimana 6 titik lokasi pengukurantercakup didalam peta DKI Jakarta sesuai dengan reulasi pemerintah dan dimana 6titik lokasi pengukuran juga tercakup didalam peta Bandung sesuai dengan regulasipemerintah. Analisis di lokasi Jakarta, terdapat dua lokasi yang harus diperhatikankualitas dari dBμV/m yang cukup rendah. tepatnya untuk Jakarta di jarak terdekat 6.05km dan jarak terjauhnya 22.83Km. Untuk Bandung, terdapat juga dua lokasi yangharus diperhatikan kualitas dari dBμV/m yang cukup rendah. yaitu lokasi tengahdengan jarak 12.51 Km dan jarak terjauhnya 24.12Km.
I n the development of digital television technology, there are several standards in digital television transmitter systems in the world, namely the type of digital television (DTV) in America, terrestrial digital video broadcasting (DVB-T) on the European continent, and integrated terrestrial digital broadcasting services (ISDB - T) in Japan. The Indonesian government has determined to implement the terrestrial digital television broadcast standard Digital Video Broadcasting – Terrestrial Second Generation (DVB-T2). Through the Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia which is written in PP Number 46/PER/GOVERNMENT/01/2021 which discusses Telecommunications and Broadcasting in Indonesia. This research was conducted by direct measurement in the field for digital television stations using the Digital Terrestrial Video Broadcasting - Terrestrial Second Generation (DVB – T2) system while at the same time obtaining the value of the frequency of digital television used and the wide range of digital television broadcasts. The measurement is carried out with a Deviser measuring instrument and an additional application to perform a test drive, namely the DIGITAL TV signal. The expected results can be used as a technical analysis as a consideration in accordance with regulations related to the broadcast coverage of digital television stations. The results of this final project show that: On channel number 44 with a frequency of 658 Mhz with a range of 654-662 Mhz and channel number 42 with a frequency of 634 Mhz with a range of 630-638 Mhz obtained from measurements at the location in accordance with government regulations. In the drive test measurement, where 6 measurement points are included in the DKIjakarta map in accordance with government regulations and where 6 measurement locations are also included in the Bandung map in accordance with government regulations. Analysis at the Jakarta location, there are two locations that must be considered the quality of dBμV/m which is quite low. To be precise, for Jakarta, the closest distance is 6.05km and the furthest is 22.83Km. For Bandung, there are also two locations that must be considered, the quality of dBμV/m is quite low. namely the central location with a distance of 12.51Km and the furthest distance of 24.12Km.
