Pengaruh authentic leadership terhadap affective commitment yang dimediasi oleh job satisfaction pada karyawan PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk.
P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Authentic Leadership(Kepemimpinan Otentik) terhadap Affective Commitment (Komitmen Afektif) yang dimediasi oleh Job Satisfaction (kepuasan kerja) pada karyawan PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Responden dari penelitian ini berjumlah 102 orang karyawan PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Variabel dalam penelitian ini berupa Authentic Leadershipsebagai variabel independen, Job Satisfaction sebagai variabel mediasi, dan Affective Commitment sebagai variabel dependen. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan pendekatan purposive sampling. Sedangkan Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan alat analisis berupa Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa (1) Authentic Leadership berpengaruh terhadap Job Satisfaction, (2) Job Satisfaction berpengaruh terhadap Affective Commitment, (3) Authentic Leadership tidak berpengaruh terhadap Affective Commitment, (4) dan Authentic Leadership berpengaruh terhadap Affective Commitment kerja dimediasi oleh Job Satisfaction. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan bagi perusahaan didalam meningkatkan Affective Commitmentkaryawan terutama melalui Authentic Leadership dan Job Satisfaction.
T his research aims to analyze the effect of Authentic Leadership on Affective Commitment that mediated by Job Satisfaction on employees of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. The respondents of this study were 102 employees of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. The variables in this study are Authentic Leadership as an independent variable, Job Satisfaction as a mediating variable, and Affective Commitment as the dependent variable. Sampling in this study using a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling approach. While the hypothesis testing using an analytical tool in the form of Structural Equation Model (SEM).The results of the study conclude that (1) Authentic Leadership has an influence on Job Satisfaction, (2) Job Satisfaction has an influence on Affective Commitment, (3) Authentic Leadership has no effect onAffective Commitment, (4) and Authentic Leadership has an influence on Affective Commitment mediated by Job Satisfaction. This research is expected to provide input for the companies in increase employees Affective Commitment, especially through the Authentic Leadership and Job Satisfaction.
