P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari praktik corporate social responsibility terhadap employee engagement, kepuasan kerja dan motivasi. Penelitian menggunakan metode pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan industri perbankan BUKU 4 (empat) swasta di Indonesia yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) per tahun 2018, dan metode sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah random sampling dengan mengambil keseluruhan populasi. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa praktik corportate social responsibility dalam perusahaan perbankan BUKU 4 terbuka mempengaruhi employee engagement, kepuasan kerja dan motivasi dari karyawan.

T his research has the objective to find influence of corporate social responsibility practices on employee engagement, job satisfaction and employee motivation. This research was using a questionnaire as the method for data collection. The population used in this study is the BUKU 4 (four) private banking industry employees in Indonesia who are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) per 2018, and the sampling method used in this study is random sampling by taking the entire population. The results of this study state that the practice of corporate social responsibility in BUKU 4 banking companies is open to influence employee engagement, job satisfaction and motivation of employees.
