S equence penambangan merupakan tahapan penambangan yang menunjukan bagaimana suatu pit akan ditambang. Bertujuan membagi seluruh volume yang ada dalam pit kedalam unit unit perencanaan yang lebih kecil sesuai dengan target produksi yang akan dicapai sehingga mempermudah dalam proses penambangan. Rencana target produksi pada area ini adalah 60.000 ton limestone perbulan serta total kadar karbonat yang harus terpenuhi sebesar 83% RCO3. Analisis data dan rancangan sequence penambangan limestone pada penelitian ini menggunakan software surpac 6.6.2. Hasil analisis dan rancangan sequence penambangan dibuat selama 4 bulan. Sequence pertama memiliki jumlah limestone sebesar 61.200 ton dan kualitas kadar karbonat 89,98 RCO3. Sequence kedua memiliki jumlah limestone sebesar 61.287 ton dan kualitas kadar karbonat 82,64 RCO3. Sequence ketiga memiliki jumlah limestone sebesar 61.293 ton dan kualitas kadar karbonat 85,94 RCO3. Sequence keempat memiliki jumlah limestone sebesar 60.170 tonserta kualitas kadar karbonat 83,74 RCO3. Kebutuhan alat penambangan untuk seluruh sequence yaitu surface miner SM2200, rock breaker PC200, wheel loaderWF350, excavator PC300 dan dumptruck Nissan CWB450

M ining sequences are mining stages that show how a pit will be mined. Aiming to divide all existing volumes in the pit into smaller planning unit units in accordance with the production targets to be achieved so as to facilitate the mining process.The planned production target in this area is 60,000 tons of limestone per month and the total carbonate content that must be fulfilled is 83% RCO3. Data analysis and sequence design for limestone mining in this study using surpac 6.6.2 software.The results of the analysis and sequence design of mining are made for 4 months.The first sequence had a limestone amount of 61,200 tons and a quality of carbonate content of 89.98 RCO3. The second sequence had a limestone amount of 61,287 tons and a quality of carbonate content of 82.64 RCO3. The third sequence had alimestone amount of 61,293 tons and a quality of carbonate content of 85.94 RCO3. The fourth sequence has a limestone amount of 60,170 tons and a quality carbonate content of 83.74 RCO3. The need for mining equipment for all sequences is the SM2200 surface miner, PC200 rock breaker, WF350 wheel loader, PC300 excavator and Nissan CWB450 dump truck.
