P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Website Design , Reliable Service, Trust, dan Personalisation terhadap Purchase Intention. Penelitian ini memperoleh data dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner secara online kepada individu yang pernah membeli pakaian ramah lingkungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode non probability sampling, dengan teknik puposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 189 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Berganda dengan menggunakan software SPSS 21.

T his research aims to analyze the influence of Website Design , Reliable Service , Trust, dan Personalisation on Purchase Intention. This research obtained data by distributing questionnaires online to individuals who have ever purchased environmentally friendly clothing. This research uses a nonprobability sampling method, with a purposive sampling technique. The sample used in this research was 189 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple regression using SPSS 21 software.
